Tai Chi Classes

Bluegrass Care Navigators and AARP are teaming up again to offer free Tai Chi classes at Ahava.

Discover how this gentle practice can support your health, relaxation, and stress relief.

Many people really enjoyed this the first time it was offered at Ahava.

Classes are no charge but registration is required through the AARP Kentucky website.

CLASS: A NEW DESIGN FOR LIVING

Foundations of the Science of Mind and Spirit

Whether you are a long time student of this wonderful teaching of ours, or brand new, this class is for you. Not only will we explore the ideas of the Science of Mind, we will also learn to apply them in practical ways to improve our life experiences. Join us for six weeks of life changing exploration and fellowship.

Artist Open House

You won’t want to miss it…on Thursday, September 17 from 5-7 pm, AHAVA is hosting a free reception for artist Jonathan Scott. Jonathan's beautiful artwork has been decorating our Center for the last month. The reception is open to the public in an effort to raise the visibility of the artist and Ahava at the same time..

Jonathan created the wonderful series of cloud paintings throughout the facility entitled “Look to the Skies.” In preparation for the event, we need more easels. If you have one or two you can loan us, let Rachel Berry know.

Fall Equinox Sound Bath
