Foundations of the Science of Mind and Spirit

Whether you are a long time student of this wonderful teaching of ours, or brand new, this class is for you. Not only will we explore the ideas of the Science of Mind, we will also learn to apply them in practical ways to improve our life experiences. Join us for six weeks of life changing exploration and fellowship.

This intimate community sound bath will guide you into a deeply restorative experience using the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, and intentional relaxation. This experience is an opportunity to put down the weight of everyday life, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
